I want to learn how to make plushies!?

I’m talking about the kind of anime character plushies, not animal plush dolls.
I’ve been looking for some patterns for the plushie’s body for a while but I haven’t been able to find anything that I like. The things I usually come across are either too complicated, or too…well, awful.
Does anyone have any links to any acceptable plushie patterns that aren’t far TOO complicated for a beginner?..
(Mind you, I live in Greece so if you are gonna suggest any kind of stores etc, I probably can’t find them here).

I would suggest you make your own patterns. NOT as hard as you think. Use transfer paper on unbleached muslin to get your details. Paint the colors in with Ceramcoat. You can easily sew the two sides together like pillows. We did this for something called the “Letter People”:

I have zero art skills and these came out really nice for a class of kindergarteners. They are still in use after 20 years. The nice part is you paint in the details instead of sewing them.
